1. Look for a suitable cup or bowl, around 20 x 10 cm
2. Wash your hands with water and soap
3. Place the footprint pad in the cup
4. Saturate the pad with ± 150 ml of drinking water
5. Spread the seeds evenly on the pad
6. Cover the cup for the first 2-3 days until germination
7. Place the cup in a bright spot (e.g. the windowsill)
8. Add a sip (around 10 ml) of drinking water every day
9. After ± 7 days the Brocco-Cress is ready to harvest!
