Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 225g Rice noodles
  • 75g pine nuts
  • 30g Feta
  • 2 boxes of Ghoa Cress
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 2 Limes

Method:

Roast the pine nuts until they are golden brown. Then put them together with the Ghoa cress, the olive oil, the juice of 2 limes and the grater of 1 lime in a food processor. Then add the feta cheese and some salt and pepper. Purée the ingredients into a structure of pesto and serve this Cressto with pasta, rice noodles or on toast.
