Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 150 g of smoked salmon
  • 200 g Dairy spread
  • 75 g of lettuce
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 Avocados
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated horseradish
  • 1 Cup Brocco Cress
  • 8 Multigrain wraps


Put the dairy spread in a bowl and stir. Grate the lemon zest and mix with the juice of half of the lemon through the dairy spread. Then add 2 teaspoons of horseradish and stir into an even mixture. Add a small amount of salt and pepper as desired.

Cut the red onion into half rings. Scrape the cucumber into thin slices and cut the avocado into thin strips. Heat the warps in a pan over low heat for 2 minutes. Now the preparation is ready and we continue with the filling of the warm wraps.
